New Motivation

Cyclocross season has officially taken off in full force despite my attempts to keep it as an offseason "thing" that I can do once in awhile if I have enough $$$. But, things turned when a new bike was ordered for me. Thank you Cannondale!
I got a lot of parts swapped, and rode it today for the first time. I practiced my dismounting, re-mounting, and shouldering and I am ready to race on Saturday. I'm finally able to get some air on my re-mounts. It'll be my first elite MAC race since it is non-UCI. I'm borrowing wheels from Dan from Circle A, and this bike is gonna fly. No more stupid 53-chaintooth rings and borrowed bikes. It feels great to have a real crossbike. I feel like such a hypocrite now, I'm sorry, I actually love racing cyclocross.

nice bike, are you pro? That is amazing that people just give you bikes. I wish people would give me bikes, I would love to race cross but I have no money... can I borrow some money?
